2025? A Year of Change and Growth.
This year marks a turning point in my life, both personally and professionally.
Alongside this transition, I invested in my future by starting the SheCodes Professional Web Development courses, expanding my skills to become a web developer.
I combine web development with 10+ years of experience in dental business management, marketing and project management, building websites and marketing strategies that move businesses forward.
Which means I can support companies not only with web development, social media and web sites maintenance, but also with marketing strategies that drive growth.

My goal is to collaborate with expanding businesses where versatility and hard work are valued.
I’m eager to bring both tech and marketing skills, supporting different areas if needed (being able to wear multiple hats) and treat the company I work for with the same dedication, responsibility and commitment as if it were my own.

🍦 2003 – 2013 | Family Business – Gelateria
Worked in the family-owned ice cream shop in Germany, managing daily operations, customer service, and product preparation. Gained strong interpersonal skills, time management and a deep sense of responsibility from a young age.
🍫 2014 – 2016 | Venchi – Sales Assistant (back to Italy)
Supported clients in a premium chocolate boutique. Developed sales skills, upselling techniques, and customer relationship management while working in a high-end retail environment.
🦷 2016 – 2023 | From Front-Desk Receptionist to Dental Office Manager
Started my career by wearing multiple hats: Front Office Receptionist, Administrative Assistant (Back Office), Chairside Dental Assistant, Secretary and Dental Office Manager responsible for:
- Coordinating teams of dentists, hygienists and assistants.
- Overseeing patient care, scheduling and treatment planning support.
- Handling billing, insurance and financial reporting.
- Managing daily operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This progressive journey through all levels of the profession, gave me a 360° understanding of dental practice and business management, sharpened my leadership and organizational skills and strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, with both patients and professionals, in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
✍️ 2023 – 2025: Direct Response Marketing Copywriter
Collaborated with clients in healthcare, real estate, coaching, lifestyle, hospitality, food service, wedding industry, luxury cars and more. Funnels, website copy, email campaigns, branding strategies.
I was responsible for:
- Writing landing pages, ads and sales funnels focused on conversions.
- Creating persuasive email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.
- Conducting audience research and tailoring messaging to specific market segments.
- Managing branding consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
- Supporting clients in optimizing performance with A/B testing and data driven adjustments.
This journey through the different facets of direct response marketing, allowed me to develop a strong expertise in communication, branding and measurable growth strategies, sharpening my skills in understanding customers psychology and delivering results in highly competitive markets.
